We supply barbecues, smokers, outdoor cookware and related accessories to UK consumers and businesses.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the laws of England & Wales.
You should print or save a copy for future reference.
3 Orders and Contract Formation
A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods or confirm collection.
We may decline orders where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party processors.
4 Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT (20%) unless stated.
We accept major cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout.
You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5 Product Information and Safety
Descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but minor colour or material differences may occur.
Unless clearly included, fuel and gas cylinders are sold separately.
All BBQs must be used outdoors in well-ventilated areas. Follow manufacturer instructions exactly.
6 Delivery
Delivery details are set out in our Delivery Policy.
Risk passes on delivery or collection; ownership transfers once we receive full payment.
7 Cancellations and Returns
Consumers enjoy a 14-day statutory cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, extended by Smokey BBQ to 60 days for unused items.

8 Liability
We are liable only for foreseeable loss caused by our negligence or breach.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
9 Complaints
Email contact@smokaybbq.co.uk. If unresolved, you may seek ADR through an approved UK provider or pursue small claims.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
