1  Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We extend this to 60 days for eligible unused goods.

2  Conditions for Return

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Include proof of purchase and all parts and accessories.

3  Exclusions

• Used or heat-exposed BBQs/fuel

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Hygiene-sealed items once opened

4  Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or damaged, email contact@smokaybbq.co.uk within 48 hours with photos.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund and cover return shipping where confirmed faulty.

5  Refunds

Processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.

Delivery upgrades are non-refundable unless service was not provided.
