Missed deliveries & address issues

Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Email contact@smokaybbq.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Eligible items get a pre-paid return label.
Exclusions
Used, assembled, heat-exposed, or fuel-contaminated goods (including fired grills) are non-returnable unless faulty.
