cooking grates which allows you to do a lot more with your grill, with
the addition of a GBS accessory you can now cook authentic Italian style
pizzas, a whole chicken, steaks with restaurant quality char lines, a
full english breakfast and many more dishes besides. This grate is also
hinged so you can easily add more fuel during those long cooks or wood
chunks for extra smoke – no need to lift out the grates.

Another new feature is the direct and indirect style cooking (read more
about grilling techniques). Either load it up with burgers and hot dogs
and cook directly above the heat or set up your BBQ differently and cook
a larger cut of meat such as a leg of lamb or whole chicken.

We love using this BBQ to reverse sear. The Weber Master-Touch GBS
C-5750 comes as standard with Weber Charcoal Rails which enables an easy
BBQ set up for indirect and direct grilling.

All Weber charcoal BBQs have a porcelain enamelled lid and bowl which is
weather proof and backed up by Weber’s 10 year guarantee, truly built to
last.

The lid on this Mastertouch has rust proof air vents which will allow
you to easily control the air flow inside the BBQ. You will also find a
lid thermometer which allows you to accurately gauge how hot your grill
is and adjust accordingly.

The legs on this model are taller than some others and has been
designed for the perfect working height.

On the enamelled bowl you will find a bowl handle which has integrated
hooks to hang your tools.

Weber’s one touch cleaning system allows for safe and easy ash disposal,
with a simply push of a handle the ash is swept into an enclosed bowl
which can be easily removed when you are ready.

The iGrill bracket is there to assist you in using a Bluetooth
thermometer like the Weber iGrill 2 (7221) or iGrill Mini (7220).
