Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exclusions

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.

Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty
Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning.

Stainless Steel Charcoal Basket with removable divider for the Kamado
Big Joe.
You can use this in two ways, with or without the standard cast iron
charcoal grate fitted in position. Generally you would remove the
charcoal grate and fit this basket instead.
Designed to maximise airflow around the charcoal, and prevent loss of
temperature over long cooks because there is no grate to get blocked up
with ash.
As with all KJ accessories, this is beautiful quality and designed to
last, with 5mm thick bars on the sides, 8mm bars in the divider and 10mm
in the base!
