Missed deliveries & address issues
- For missed deliveries or address corrections after dispatch, re‑delivery fees may apply. We’ll help rearrange promptly.
Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exclusions
Used, assembled, heat-exposed, or fuel-contaminated goods (including fired grills) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.
Never. All BBQs and smokers must be used outdoors in a well-ventilated area away from enclosed spaces, walls, and overhangs.
Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty
Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning.

Island 6. This huge BBQ kit comes complete with the popular Island 6
burner barbecue with a ‘Steak Shelf’ side burner with a wooden chopping
board and enough storage space for all your cooking essentials and to
hide the gas canister. Along with these amazing features, the Island 6
BBQ has a digital display with a built-in meat probe that allows you to
record the cooking temperature of your food accurately. This BBQ is
compatible with the Time To Grill app to allow you to monitor and
control the functions of the Smart Grill from your mobile device.

Hitchin Showroom, and you are welcome to come along and take a look and

from dripping down onto the burner and causing flare-ups which also
