Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exclusions

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.

Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty
Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning.

CRUSTER® – an innovative ceramic burner that can be brought down over
the food to grill from above at over 800°C.

robust cast iron, which enables preparation in both low and high
temperature ranges. And that’s just the tip of this sizzling iceberg
made of sturdy cast aluminium parts: in addition to the 800 °C TURBO
ZONE™, HEAT RANGE™, SWITCH GRID™ and the dishwasher-optimised SIMPLE
CLEAN™, a special slider grill grate is also included to conveniently
slide food under the CRUSTER®. To ensure that nothing wobbles, tilts or
sways, the UNIQ® PRO series has levelling feet in the base cabinet to
compensate for unevenness in the floor without any compromises. The
UNIQ® PRO line not only redefines the word uniqueness in an unparalleled
