The Char-Broil Charcoal L Charcoal BBQ is fully loaded with features
such as an adjustable charcoal grate and an easily accessible front
mounted slide out ash tray for simple cleaning. The height-adjustable
charcoal grate gives the capability of controlling the grilling
temperature by expanding or contracting the gap between the glowing
coals and the grill grate to achieve different cooking temperatures and
tastes. The lid temperature gauge monitors the internal temperature
easily without the needing to open the lid allowing the control the heat
more successfully by using the adjustable chimney to increase or
restrict the air circulation to influence the internal temperature to
achieve the best grilling conditions for perfect grilling results. The
warming rack gives the ability to batch cook, cook more delicate items,
warm burger buns or cope with different cooking rates so fantastic menus
will all arrive on the plate at the same time.

A Char-Broil Charcoal L Charcoal BBQ includes a front shelf with a side
shelf for food prep and plating with utensil hooks for accessories and a
practical base shelf for extra storage space. Sitting just below the
front shelf is the easily accessible ash trap with it’s front handle to
make cleaning and maintenance of the bbq as simple a process as
possible. The large wheels make it easy and safe to move for successful
manoeuvrability on grass and gravel with little effort being needed to

You can also make this BBQ into an offset smoker, by adding a Char-Broil
Charcoal 2Go model – simply bolt this to the side of the Charcoal L, and
use the smaller box as the heat source, with your food in the large
chamber. This method enables low temperatures to be achieved for ‘low
and slow’ smoking technique.
