Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are typically shipped the same or next working day.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If it hasn’t arrived, contact contact@smokaybbq.co.uk and we’ll resend it.

You can return eligible, unused, unassembled products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.

Email contact@smokaybbq.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and, where eligible, a pre-paid shipping label.

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.

Never. All BBQs and smokers must be used outdoors in a well-ventilated area away from enclosed spaces, walls, and overhangs.

Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty.

Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning
